Power Court Stadium is a planned mixed-use development in Luton, designed to serve as the new home stadium for Luton Town F.C..

The project is expected to include a modern football stadium along with supporting facilities such as commercial spaces, hospitality areas, and community-focused amenities. It is intended to be part of a wider regeneration scheme, improving the surrounding urban environment and creating a new destination within the city.

Kaptan Construction and Consultancy has been appointed by the principal contractor to oversee full project/construction  management responsibilities for the development. 

Rivington Street, London – Rivington 1 Office is a redevelopment project providing modern office accommodation in Shoreditch.

The scheme includes five floors of office space along with a dedicated reception area at ground level. It is designed to offer contemporary, flexible workspaces that support a creative and professional working environment in one of London’s key tech and design districts.

Kaptan Construction and Consultancy is appointed by the Sub-contractor, to provide construction management and construction planning services for the fit-out works.

The building is a mixed-use property would comprise a total of 27 floors, with office space, hotel rooms, and facilities including a gym, swimming pool, wellness facilities, an art gallery, destination restaurant, bar, auditorium and event space.

Kaptan Construction and Consultancy is appointed by the Sub-contractor, to provide full procurement and construction programming and quality assurance management for the fit-out works.

Maintenance site for a new high speed railway line in Senegal, connecting the city of Dakar with the Blaise Diagne International Airport. Two building complexes with a total of eleven buildings for maintenance, repair, cleaning and administration offices.
